It's simple - once you order, we'll send you a quick questionnaire asking for your logo, brand colours, fonts and the overall vibe you're after, plus any goals and your target audience. From there, we get to work designing your templates from scratch. You'll receive a draft to review, and once you're happy, we'll send over your final editable Canva files.

Not at all. Your templates are delivered through Canva, which is free and incredibly easy to use. All you need to do is swap out the text and images whenever you want to freshen the templates up - everything else is already designed and locked in for you. If you can type and drag a photo, you're good to go.

You'll receive your first draft within 7 business days. Once you've reviewed it and sent through any changes, we'll have your revised templates back to you within 2 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Every order includes at least one round of revisions, so if something isn't quite right we'll adjust it until it feels like you. Additional revision rounds can be added for a small fee if needed.
